🔴 Authenticity: In the past month alone, I have posed multiple times about moments where I made mistakes and disappointments in my own career. My posts are educational because they reflect the reality of this industry, not just the glossy success stories.
There are many reasons why someone may want to follow a VO on LinkedIn. But honestly, these 4 things are the most important to me. Relevancy, community, connection and authenticity.
